Our Focus Group is a once-a-year thing, so we try to make them special for everyone. First of all, there's a big discount (50%). But besides that, the main difference is that since we'll be working on your project as we test, measure, and document new ideas and strategies to improve our services, we'll be giving you a lot of extra attention. Also, we'll take time to reflect on every step of the process, and that will be a great opportunity for both parties to learn and improve our game.
It will depend on the project. But don't worry, we won't take over your agenda. We'll set specific checkpoints and situations throughout the project where we'll take a few minutes to pick your brain. Think about it as a quick conversation with a friend to share some ideas. It won't take much, but it won't be 60 secs either. The point of the whole thing is to share feedback, which most of the time turns into an enlightening conversation about business (have happened before, and everyone loved it). If is an issue for you now, maybe we should give it a second thought before moving forward. We can still be friends, tough.
As easy as it is. Just send us your project (it could be anything; branding, website, SOPs, design... whatever), we'll give you a regular proposal (with prices, timeframes, deliverables, etc.), and whatever the budget is, just cut 50% out of that and you're in our focus group. Easy.
